Experience Program Consultant

Your experience program should feel aligned with your brand.

If it is not converting trust, creating value, or going beyond expectations, there is usually a reason.

With direct insider knowledge from leading a boutique DMC and working with high-end clients, I look at the full picture and identify what could genuinely work better, and why.

What I do

A structured review across four areas.

01

Review the current program

How it looks and feels to a client encountering it for the first time. Structure, presentation, tone, and where it sits within the brand.

02

Assess the experience journey

From how experiences appear on platforms to how they are communicated, booked, and delivered to the client from start to finish.

03

Align the offering with the brand

What could be refined, repositioned, or removed, and what might be missing entirely from the program.

04

Deliver a structured audit

A written report with findings and considered recommendations, showing what could work better and why.

How it works

From first conversation
to final report.

A clear process with no ambiguity. You know exactly what to expect at every stage before the engagement begins.

Start a conversation →
01
First conversation
We talk about your clients and briefly discuss your experiences. I share my initial findings based on research I carry out before the call. No obligations at this stage.
02
Scope agreed
We agree on the type of engagement and confirm the scope in writing before anything begins.
03
Discovery questionnaire
Nine questions. Takes about five minutes. Gives me the context I need to do the work properly.
04
The review
I examine the program in full, from structure to presentation, to brand alignment, to client journey, as well as the live enquiry process.
05
Audit delivered
A written report with precise findings and recommendations framed as possibilities, not instructions.
06
Report walkthrough
A call to walk through the findings together, discuss what resonates, and explore what comes next.

Why it works

Built from years inside the high-end market.

This is not a framework applied from the outside. It comes from years working inside luxury travel, hospitality, aviation, and fine dining, building, running, and delivering experiences to clients who expect nothing less than exceptional.

The ability to look at a program and immediately identify what is realistic, what is undercooked, and what is misaligned comes from having operated at this level.
